The challenge
ReadyCare Signature already had a brand world across product, retail, digital and refill stations. What it did not have was a room of its own. Somewhere a customer could pick the product up, ask the question they would never type into a search bar, and meet the brand on its own terms rather than compressed into nine inches of a busy aisle.
That matters more for a biobased cleaning brand than most. Sustainability claims live or die on trust, and consumers are sceptical for good reason. Louder claims do not fix that. Letting someone see, hold, smell and use the product does.
The strategy
We designed a permanent experience centre, built as the brand at full size.
Same restraint, same materials language, same premium biobased world that lives on the pack, the site and the refill stations. Materials, colour, signage and flow all carry it, so a customer walking in meets the brand the way it was designed to be met: clean, calm, considered, with the product at the centre.
Every surface was made for the space. Hand-picked decoration, custom display units, custom-made shelving. Even the collateral was written for the showroom rather than pulled from the wider campaign, because a customer standing in front of the product has different questions from one scrolling past it.
We designed and ran the launch that opened the centre. Opening flow, brand presence, how visitors moved through the space, and the moments that gave the day its energy.
The point was continuity. Someone arriving on opening day and someone walking in six months later should be meeting the same brand, and both should recognise it from the shelf.

The outcome
The launch gave ReadyCare Signature its first major moment in physical space: a direct meeting between the brand and the people it was built for.
Visitors who walked into the store walked out understanding the biobased story in a way no label can explain. The launch also produced content and photography that keep working long after the event.
