A Creo crew sets up lights and cameras beside the hydrotherapy pool at Prince Court Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur
On set

One shoot day, a whole library of clips

We planned lots of short moments that each work on their own, framed them to fit any screen, and added a couple of long takes that can be reels by themselves. That was our day at Prince Court Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

Two websites on our desk right now

We’re in the middle of designing two websites for sister brands in finance, where every word needs approval from several levels. With every prototype, we send a short guide, a clear list of what’s done and what needs feedback, and a checklist their team can work through.

Four interns, one day at Sementra

We train new team members on real client work. On 15 October, four Creo interns spent a day capturing social media content at Sementra Hot Spring Nature Resort, reviewed every shot with our senior team, and the resort got a wider set of photos and footage to use.

One message, five hospital brands

Keep one message for the whole group, so patients hear the same thing at every hospital. Then give each hospital brand its own look, so the message still feels like it comes from their own hospital.

Waiting at floor 118

Put a camera at every part of the story: the booth, the crowd, the stairwell, the medics and the finish line. Over two days at The IHH Sky Race, we covered all of it for IHH Malaysia and sent photos and reels for their social media on the same day.

A drill at Merdeka 118

Plan the delivery as carefully as the shoot. At the IHH Sky Race medical drill, we followed the medical team from the stairwell to the ambulance, then handed IHH Malaysia publicity-ready photos within two hours and a short reel within three.

The Creo team films a scene in the sunlit main lobby of Mount Elizabeth Hospital, beside the Mount Elizabeth by IHH Healthcare sign
On set

Waiting for the sun at Mount Elizabeth

Look for real moments and angles nobody has used before, then give the client footage it can keep using. At the newly renovated Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore, we waited 45 minutes for sunlight in the atrium, filmed two long single-take shots and handed IHH all the raw files plus a new version of its corporate video.

The chair nobody sat in

We skipped the storyline and filmed a small habit most Malaysians have without noticing: setting out an extra chair. For IHH Healthcare Malaysia’s Hari Raya 2026 film, that one gesture carried the whole message, from family dinners to hospital shifts.

Deep green Gleneagles Hospital Johor festive gift box with a gold foil greeting and small festive drawings
It's out

A quiet box for the festive season

For Gleneagles Hospital Johor’s year-end gifts to corporate partners, referring doctors and insurers, we designed a deep green gift box with gold foil and small festive drawings on every side. It gave the hospital a warm, quiet way to say thank you that suits a hospital, at a time of year that is usually loud and bright.
